This tool creates a visual, step-by-step map of how a customer discovers, evaluates, purchases, and uses your solution. AI-generated images bring each step to life, making it easy to spot friction points and opportunities.
Open Tools → Customer Journey and select your idea.
Click Generate Journey. The AI creates a multi-phase journey based on your Idea Analysis and Big Idea Canvas.
Each phase contains ordered steps. Every step includes:
Step name and description
An AI-generated image illustrating the step
You can drag and drop to reorder phases and steps, edit any field, and regenerate or upload your own images for any step.
Click Approve when the journey is complete.
Tip: Use the journey map when preparing interview scripts — it highlights the moments where customers feel the most pain or delight.
