Wow! Factor Test — Reads your white-hat script to the interviewee and gauges their reaction. Produces a Wow! Score.
Open-Ended / Assumption Interview — Uses your drafted interview scripts to explore customer pain points and validate assumptions in depth.
Complete the prerequisite tools (Wow! Factor Script for Wow! tests, or Draft Interview Scripts for open-ended interviews).
Open the relevant setup tool (AI Wow! Factor Test Setup or AI Interview Setup).
Choose Voice or Text as the link type.
If using voice, select a voice for your AI interviewer from the voice library. You can preview sample audio for each voice before choosing.
Set a maximum number of interviews (default: 100) and an expiration period in days (default: 30).
Click Create Link to generate a unique, shareable URL.
Send the link to potential customers via email, social media, or any channel you prefer.
If your interviewees prefer typing over speaking, select the Text link type. The AI conducts the same structured conversation in a chat format that works on any device.
Tip: Aim for at least 5–10 interviews per persona to get statistically meaningful results.
