Identify Assumptions
After completing your Business Model Canvas, use Identify Assumptions to surface the riskiest beliefs your business depends on. For each assumption you can:
Set Risk (Low or High) and Impact (Low or High)
Track validation status: Hypothesis → Hypothetically Validated → Actually Validated → Invalidated
