Each tool in the ToolSuite builds on the previous one. If a tool is locked, go back and approve the output of the prior tool. Look for an Approve button at the bottom of each tool page.
Occasionally an AI generation may fail due to high demand or a temporary service issue. Try the following:
Wait 30 seconds and click Generate again.
If it fails repeatedly, check that your credit balance is not zero under Settings → Billing.
If you have credits and the issue persists, contact support.
Verify the session has not expired — sessions have an expiration period set during creation.
Check that the session has not reached its maximum interview count.
Ensure the session status is Active (not Disabled or Expired).
Video playback requires a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox). If you experience buffering or seek issues:
Try refreshing the page.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
On mobile, allow the video to load for a few seconds before seeking.
Check Settings → Notifications to ensure the relevant notification types are enabled.
For push notifications, make sure you have granted browser notification permissions. Use the Send Test button to verify your setup.
Check your email spam folder for email notifications.
Workspace and idea invitations are sent via email. Ask the invitee to check their spam or junk folder. Invitations expire after a set period — if expired, send a new one from the workspace Edit modal or the idea collaborator modal.
