Review and edit each section:
Idea Hypothesis — A color-coded testable statement connecting your target customer, their pain, your product, its key benefit, the competition, and your differentiation.
Who Are You & What Are You Doing? — Your founder context and business description.
Who Are You Selling To? — Your target customer segment.
Customer Pain — The specific problem being solved.
Market Potential — Scored across four factors, each rated 1–5.
Your Solution — Your value proposition and distinctiveness.
Market Positioning — How you stack up against competitors.
Path to Exit — Your long-term exit strategy.
Click Approve when you are ready to move on to the Customer Journey.
